Ray Phillips MMII - Managing Director

Ray has seen the industry develop since the 70’s through both good times and bad thereby having a very good appreciation for his clients’ and candidates' requirements no matter what the climate. Although, while primarily involved in Healthcare, he has also recruited over the years in the consumer, industrial and service sectors both at executive and management level. The recipe for success has been a simple philosophy of straight talking and honest, practical advice where necessary. Over the years he has amassed a healthy database of contacts and is also an active member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Dudley Phillips MSII - Director

Dudley entered the recruitment industry in 2001 having worked in the FMCG & Consumer sectors for many years as a Field Sales Representative. This experience has proved to be very beneficial in empathising with candidates and understanding their experience and expectations. This exposure has also proven to be a good source of information for those looking to begin a career within sales or when working with Sales Managers on their recruitment needs. Dudley is currently a member of the Sales Institute of Ireland and holds a qualification in Human Resource Management.
